Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage sehr zentral und unweit vom Bahnhof. Der Vermieter Maurizio war sehr freundlich und hat mich sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt.
Aufgrund der zentralen Lage ist mit etwas Straßenlärm zu rechnen. Damit muss man eben rechnen.

We stayed here for seven nights and it proved to be an excellent choice for our time in Lucca. The location within the historic centre was ideal: we could walk everywhere easily, while the railway station was also convenient for the day trips we had planned.
The apartment was very clean and very well presented. Due to the location, being able to step straight out into the historic centre, with restaurants, cafés, shops and everything else we needed close by, was a major advantage.
The host Maurizio was very friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Communication was easy and we felt that help was available whenever we needed it.
One point worth being aware of, and which has also been mentioned in previous reviews, is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift. This was not a problem for us, but the stairs may be a consideration for anyone with reduced mobility or a lot of luggage
We would have no hesitation staying here again and would recommend it for anyone wanting to explore Lucca on foot and use the city as a base for travelling elsewhere by train.

Upea sijainti ja tilava asunto. Ilmastointi riittävä, mutta vaatii paljon molempien laitteiden päällä pitoa. Moititut portaat ei ongelma meille, hyvää liikuntaa nousta portaita. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Yhteydenpito toimi moitteettomasti.
Asunnon pinnat ja kalusteet jo hieman kuluneet, ei niin raikas ja valoisa kuin kuvien perusteella voisi luulla. Astiasto ok, mutta esim. viinilasit voisi päivittää laadukkaammiksi - ottaen huomioon että asunto sijaitsee Toscanassa.

De ligging in het oude centrum van Lucca is perfect. Maurizio is een goede gastheer. Het appartement is ruim en comfortabel en van veel gemakken voorzien.
Omdat het appartement op de bovenste etage van het pand ligt, wordt het warm. De airco op het leefgedeelte heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en kreeg deze verdieping nauwelijks op temperatuur.
