Kindly ensure that the accommodation assigned to us is the same as what was booked online.

It's location. There are many fast food and restaurants nearby.

The accommodation provided is not what I booked online -- it is completely different. I attempted to contact the owner, but I could not reach him. I was able to communicate with the owner the following day when we were about to leave the place.

Our first and last to Prime residence staycation.

The location of the property is within city property; convenience to all your needs from grocery to restaurant and coffee. Easy to navigate for first timer.

It’s our first time stay with my family and our experience was disappointing. First, i booked a room for 5 and it should have a divider according to what was offered and booked however it’s not when we arrived. The unit is very old, curtains hanged sluggish and the bathroom bit smelly. Second, unfortunately our room is few steps away from the hotel /hskp office and earlier than 6am staffs were noisy talking loudly in the lobby, laughing and even shouting as if they’re at the street sides! When my husband approached and asked them to lower their voice coz our elders were still sleeping however one staff replied that “this is an office”😟😔. My husband just walk his back to our room instead of complaining.

A good place to stay in Tagaytay

The host was very accommodating and checked on us when we entered the room. He is also very responsive to queries. The room had the amenities as described in this site. Just for improvement, perhaps the sofa bed cover can be improved for a more comfortable stay. Overall, it was a good value for money.

I like the cleanliness pf the room and owner is responsive. We enjoyed our stay ❤️

Toiletries at least should be provided like tissue and soap. Minimal needs by parents that has a child
