Location was absolutely perfect. In the heart of Madrids city centre.
The accommodation is basic, but has everything you need. Comfortable beds, great wifi and it’s good value for money as Madrid accommodation is quite pricey .

• The room was clean and tidy.
• The place was calm and quiet.
• The staff were very welcoming and friendly.
• The hotel is on the third floor with no lift.
• You can hear noises from the hallway.
• The water in the sink and shower doesn’t stay warm — it turns cold after a few minutes, then hot again.
• There were no tissues in the room, only toilet paper.

Location was good as it was near the city centre.
Staff was not friendly. The lady who was at the reception was never smiling and welcoming. Didn’t speak English at all. Difficult to communicate.
There was no lift. We were on the 4th floor and we were not informed about that.
