Royale Chulan Penang

Comfy and complete amenities, and complimentary basket of snacks were nice gestures

Penang is quite crowded with tourist and even vehicles. We so surprised 😮 that penang have changes with sky crapes building and long bridge straight to the town with tol. Direction is so clear. When we check - in the front Office was so knowledgeable and efficient.Our check - in goes so smooth after long driving from s'pore. Room was so clean n tidy , comfortable. We have shower and straight to bed and rest as so tired. Facilities in room are so well maintained only the drinking filter tap is not functioning/ faulty. But we manged to take the water from tap as the hotel indicated sustainability environmental. F&B Mgrs are so friendly and welcome both of us. The restaurant is so spacious and beautiful deco. So many variety of food display and just choose it accordingly to your appetite. Overall our stay is so happy and enjoying. We thank you to the front Office staff and the security who always so helpful. Keep it up.

Just feedback the hotel is at the end near ferry terminal , we might miss the hotel as no signage located at road junction turning inside, only base on the waze direction only. The Royale Chulan Penang road are quite busy in the late afternoon, so avoid from the congestion. Happy travel and stay at Royale Chulan Penang.

Not very friendly and welcoming reception Breakfast good variety but taste subpar No porter came forward to assist with luggage though they were in the lobby
