Tout était parfait du début jusqu’a la fin, une idylle parfaite au coeur de Düsseldorf

Great location and spacious room.
The handheld shower was of a unique type whereby the holes are very small. Hence when you turn it on, it hurts your skin as the water shoots out sharply. The holes should be bigger.

Very nice location , good customer service
Probably some renovation needed

The room was quite nice with a small kitchen area and lots of storage. Breakfast was adequate and had most of the standard fair.
The room was very noisy, single glazing didn't help. The room overlooked what turned out to be the party area of the city and the noise of shouting, singing and sirens went on most of the night especially the second night after the German football win. Staff were not the most friendly we have encountered. There was a function which started in the large foyer which pretty much blocked the entrance so made it difficult to get in and out.
