A great resort. We stayed in a family room, which wasn’t huge but was fine for our family of 4 (2 adults, 9yo and 12yo). Clean, located close to lots of shops and restaurants, and the staff were all lovely. A good selection at breakfast, and good room service options. We had an excellent meal on steak night too! We really appreciated the shuttle up to the main streets as we were traveling with my in laws who weren’t up to a huge amount of walking. We used the resort drivers a few times, and were driven by Gusadek, who was really great!

Staff were very friendly and professional
Didn't like that we couldn't purchase the discounted massage offering with the credits purchased on arrival. This was misleading and very unprofessional.
Didn't like that the credits could only be purchased at a discount rate at check in - makes it clear that you're hoping that all the credits are not spent and the hotel is able to keep the balance.

The Staff were amazing, and the Breakfast selection was amazing.
Chris the GM has created a great hotel to stay in.
And for a special shout out goes to the Staff at the Pool Bar.
