This is a small hotel, no restaurant, no bar, no pool, remote from busy activity. Easy access to Lixouri Town and the ferry to Agostolli. The rooms are very comfortable, the owners and employees and fantastic

There's not much, we've been before but the economic downturn in Greece has lead to estarant and bar closures, there werent too many in the first place, so the beach area is no longer managed, grass and plants growing wild. A car is good if you don't want a long hot 2.5km walk to the beach and taverna along the coast.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We really like it and hope to return again. Breakfast is delicious and varied every day with lots of home made items. Lina is lovely and works hard to make sure every guest is well taken care of. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and quiet. The location is also very convenient.

We had reserved - and paid for - a room with a "sea view." Upon arrival, we discovered our two windows looked out on streets at the side and back of the building - not the water. We were told that management considers every room to qualify as sea view because the hotel is located on the beach. We were extremely disappointed, but after two nights, we were able to change rooms for our remaining 6 nights to one that looked out on the water. It was wonderful and an entirely different experience.

Having to go home 😞

Gute Lage, nur ein paar Schritte ins Zentrum von Lixouri. Das Zimmer (Junior Suite) war geräumig und nett eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Das Bett sehr bequem.

Das Badezimmer muss repariert werden. Beim Duschen war das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt (Wasser strömt vom Abfluss wieder hinauf) Man musste eine Weile warten, bis man aus der Wanne steigen konnte. Das Frühstück bestand fast ausschließlich aus selbstgebackenen Kuchen. Also zu 90% süss. Zumindest Feta-Käse, Tomaten oder Eier wären gut, wie sonst üblich in Griechenland, eigentlich Mindest-Standard. Unser Zimmer befand sich im Erdgeschoss, die Straße nebenan war auch recht laut und der Ausblick nicht gerade erquickend.
