It was great to have a fridge and the bottled water and fresh milk was a lovely addition. There was a wonderful breakfast with plenty of variety
The TV handset needed replacing and the wooden bath panel needed tidying up with fresh paint. These are just very minor points

Comfortable Room. Excellent Breakfast.
Just off A1 near Grantham, so convenient for breaking journey.

A comfortable room in building overlooking the pub’s garden with roaming chickens , organised as a twin at our request . Peaceful location and good pub food . We enjoyed exploring the farm shop within the complex
