I like the Location it’s a 10 min walk from the center.
The thing is the room is very tiny and the water pressure in the bathroom was very weak and we didn’t hot water once… it was room temperature
The water pressure in the bathroom needs to be fixed… the water isn’t hot at all

Location was amazing, staff were so lovely and we got upgraded to junior suite so we enjoyed the hot tub.
Slight smell out of the bathroom

The bed was very comfortable so as the pillow.
The curtain and blackout was equally impressive, with double layers plus curtains and window panels.
Shower is good as well. Adequate chairs as well as well as good lighting.
While there are microwave, crockery and water kettle, it will be great to provide basic coffee tea sachets with sugar cream etc.
The block os actually at Block B so perhaps a picture of what the entrance door looks like woth the property is provided to the guest or at least the actual block no as it is in B and the one upon entry is A.

It's close to the vatican (15 min walking) - buses stop close to the hotel
The worst thing is that the hotel reception is very far from the hotel. The place you do the check in is around 15-20 minutes walking with your heavy luggage.
The hotel is old, with those old lifts. It's not beautiful, but it works ok.
The staff is not welcoming, the man responsible for the checkin would not receive us because we arrived before 2 pm (lunch-time?) on the hotel. We were suppose to go to the check-in place, not the hotel.
The bathroom leaks water outside the shower on the floor.
The room doesn't have coffee machine or shampoo/conditioner. (only a shower gel which was not refilled the next days)
