Location, in Coimbra this can be a two edged sword. Built on hills some of the walking can be challenging but the apartment is right in the historical heart.
A little difficult to get the luggage to. Not a massive issue, the parking at the bottom of the hill was super cheap (<€20 for 3 days), just give yourself time. In hindsight knowing we were only there for 3 nights I might have rationalised the packing to need to take less to the apartment.

Clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately it was the first week back for the students and they were very noisy outside until the early hours.

C’était très central dans le quartier historique
Du fait de sa situation, il était un peu bruyant la nuit

Location is nice. Close enough to the center by walking and a good deal of street parking nearby. It have a good view over the city.
-No oven
-in the WC, the size of the sink is really not adapted to that place since it’s not easy to sit well in the toilet
-would be nice to have a complementary coffee at the house.
