Location, facilities and some of the staff with friendly attitude.
Cleaninv products available inly under request (shampoo, toilet paoer) and only during certain hours. Variety of breakfast can be improved (to have honey available dayly and some sort of pastry (ex croissant)). Swiminv pool closed 1 day a week.

You have pool, and breakfest, the room was clean, and we have a nice view. They have fresh cakes made by them into the loby and the limonade was made with lemon, not with chimicals....
We were waiting too much at the reception, and the person wasn't too nice, problably was tired.

Location
No parking, not comfortable and definitely not a 3* hotel. The pool closing time at 20:00
You better pay a little extra and stay at a 4* hotel near Domogled.
