Modern, clean lots of power sockets
split on 3 levels, and the stairs write very narrow, felt like being on a ship as they were that narrow.
The main problem was the noise, being a Saturday night, and it did not get quiet until about 4am. I am a good sleeper and it kept me and my wife up.

Generally speaking, everything was fine, and the location was excellent.
The flat itself was quite large, one room upstairs with kitchen facilities, TV and sofa, which had a bed in the room, and one room downstairs with double bed, toilet and bathroom.
It was very good of the owner to leave snacks out on arrival.
The double bed downstairs isn't quite level, you can accidentally slide off one side, as I found out a couple of times.
The downstairs room was a bit dark.
People coming and going, you could hear the door slam very loudly and hear people quite loudly from the upstairs room.

Very stuffy-couldn't open a window.
