Shilla Stay Gangnam Yeoksam

The front desk staffs were super attentive and very accommodating. We ordered a Coupang delivery but could not find it. Turns out, the driver had delivered to the wrong building but the staff saw the picture, knew which building it was and even offered to bring it back for us on our behalf. We were so grateful and very surprised by their hospitality. We were at the family room with 3 of us and the beds were decent size. The room was a bit smaller than we expected but we had 4 checked bags, 4 carry ons + more shopping bags and they all fit! Location was good - there's a bus stop right in front or another one in 5 min distance that takes you to Parnas Mall/COEX area.

Room size was too small. Beds were too hard and uncomfortable.

Location and the price. Nothing fancy about the property and was reflectively priced appropriately. Walkable distance to where ever we wanted to visit in Gangnam. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Could use a slight update but functional.

Mauvais service / restauration inégale avec fermeture du restaurant aléatoire/ pas de room service/ horaires d’ouverture beaucoup trop réduites et aucune solutions de remplacement proposé par l’hôtel.
