The location was wonderfully located next to Hamburgs U3 U-Bahn line making downtown extremely accessible. The neighborhood itself was exceptional as we took our dog on a nice long walk to Stadt park, which was wonderful. Additionally, the hotel being pet friendly was exactly what we needed for this weekend trip.
Nothing, the late night check in was great as we arrived extremely late and the onsite services were everything we needed. Only slight improvement I would suggest is having a extra dog bowl or two to provide to guests, but other than that I have zero complaints

Very well located, lovely and friendly staff, very clean and tidy.
We had no problems and were a group of 12. Would definitely stay again.

For this category/standard and location of the Hotel is the price for Hamburg too high (132 € w/o breakfast).
