Great location, clean and Nicola made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She goes above and beyond and nothing is a problem to her. Thank you Nicola for such a warm welcome & looking after us for the past 2 nights - you are an asset ❤️

The only thing I liked were the staff. They did their best to help and made us feel welcome. The double bed was comfy. I do feel they need to get rid of feather pillows or offer a firmer set.
As soon as I walked through the front door there was an unpleasant smell of dog(masked by a plug in air freshener), i could still smell dog in the room we stayed in. The sofa bed was old and tatty, the windows didn't close, we couldn't get hot water in the kitchen but could in the bathroom. The bathroom wasn't great, needed alot of tlc and I feel the place needs upgrading. The street wasn't all that pleasant either.
