I very much appreciated the warm welcome, the opportunity to check in early, the upgrade on my original booking and the welcome plate of fruit! Liked the location too, on the edge of town but easy walking distance. The bed was very comfortable, and it's a quiet area so I slept really well. Armine herself is absolutely lovely – a very kind and responsive host, who clearly values her guests.
Practically zero soundproofing between rooms, so bathroom and TV noises from neighbours are very audible. (To be fair when I mentioned to Armine because it was late and quite intrusive, she helped resolve the TV issue immediately and the neighbours turned the volume down straight away – I don't think they'd realised how thin the walls were either!)

Perfect for a 1 night stop over
This is Gyumri, not St Tropez. The outside is grim, much like the whole place, but the apartment is warm, clean and the owner is wonderful.

Walking distance to the center. Super warm, cosy, modern room with everything you need. Armine gave us a welcome homemade drink on arrival. The room had underfloor heating which was great as it was -15 outside!we would stay there again for sure
Had to pay cash

The room was cute, comfortable and clean. The owners very friendly and helpful. Gave us advice on where to visit/eat, booked us a taxi and even gave us food and fruit! Good location close to the center too.
