The location near the centre point. The room very spacious.
No tea or coffee was provided. Other basic necessities had to be requested. It would be more convenient if everything was prepared in the room beforehand instead of guests having to ask for each item.

It was a real bonus to be able to drop bags off b4 check in. Lots of rm in apt. Fairly good location for being able to see Salzburg
Tho our check in person was very nice , she really did not understand or speak English , very troubling when trying to fill in official documents. The washer ,stove & dishwasher not able to be used. Tho knew b4 , dragging bags up that steep street was a chore & the ‘death” steps just outside the inside of the apt were a constant concern . Since made sure on bking there was an elevator. No AC.

The location and the actual apartment were excellent; also Herbert was great in responding to queries and attending to any matters.
Suggested improvements:
- firmer pillows
- tea towels
- not having to wash towels (first time come across this).

good hot shower
Check in was extremely frustrating. Kitchen had a useless coffee maker. Comforter was too hot for the room. TV was small and useless. No clear instructions for washer/drier. Very dark. Only one soap for both shower and bathroom sink. Large step down from living room to the hall. Overall disappointing.
