Clean, friendly staff, convient location.

Coukdn't stay longer...no refrigerators

Breakfast was far better than the "usual" hotel fare of food. I was very impressed! The office staff are very lovely young ladies!

The hotel is easy to find close to Ramstein air base. There is ample free parking and a nice restaurant next door. The staff are welcoming and speak good English. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Our only minor gripe was the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. The hotel is also very close to shooting range so don’t be surprised if you hear gunfire.

It is close to the air base (8-10 min drive) and Big Emma's restaurant is next door; the restaurant was very good. There is good water pressure in the shower.

The air conditioning was broken for our whole stay in 90+ degree weather, and the windows don't have screens so bugs got in. The queen bed that I booked was infact two single beds pressed together. The TV only gets German channels and it is too slow/outdated for casting/screen mirroring to work. There is no working ice machine, you have to go outside to use the laundry facility and it had a lot of dead bugs in it. The only hygiene amenities are a pump of hand soap by the sink and a pump of the same soap in the shower. The fridge did not get cold enough to maintain food safety so it was only good for slightly chilling non perishable items. The keys are old school metal keys so locking your door at night feels like a fire safety hazard.
