Ideal location for getting about Edinburgh

The check in staff were really friendly and knowledgeable.
We had a club room which was really spacious and included some extra benefits, earlier check in and parking
The menu was a little limited and a number of items were only available at certain times however the food was enjoyable and again the staff were very friendly

The gym was amazing!!!
It’s not a hotel gym, it’s actually a big gym where people have memberships and it includes a big heated swimming pool and a hot spa.
Rooms were very comfortable and so was the bathroom.
Breakfast with a lot of great options.
It’s a bit far, about 15 min by taxi to the center of the city where all attractions are located.

The staff were amazing! Particularly Jack on reception!
Really nice breakfast!
We had a family room which was directly above the entrance to the hotel! The window was faulty so wouldn’t close properly, we were kept awake all night with people coming and going!
It is a really bad place to put a family room.
Our toilet was faulty & the shower basin was in bad repair too
