1 Very convenient self-check-in.
2 Great location, very close to the bus station.
3 Dorm-style room featuring a spacious work desk.
4 Huge kitchen (though I didn't use it).
1 Fan only, no air conditioning.
2 Room setup error: I was provided two bed sheets instead of a duvet cover. There were no staff on site, but it wasn't a major issue for a one-night stay.
3 Small shared bathrooms and shower rooms, which require extra attention to ventilation.

The beds are uncomfortable and the room comes with no amenities, including no fridge, no aircondition, a terribly placed TV and one hairdryer attached to the wall in the central hall.
The place is also rather noisy. There was only one other guest when I was staying there and even then it was a bit of a problem.
The location is excellent. You may not have the picturesque view you may get if you stayed in the old town, but it is much more affordable and it is only 10-15 minutes’ walk from the old town – and it is very close to the south bus station if you need it. The hosts were also very kind.
