A very comfortable apartment in an excellent location, with great facilities and helpful staff. We enjoyed our family stay and felt it offered good value for money.
The cleanliness could be improved, with more attention to detail.

The host was absolutely amazing, he explained all the house rules again and we felt absolutely safe and comfortable

Place was immaculate. Late check in was very friendly and was met promptly. We didn't cook but kitchen was well equipped. Apartment was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again. Beds were super comfy.
Batteries in remotes needed replaced.

Instructions to get key were terrible. No one there. Phone the number from booking.com, no one answered. Dropped message to booking.com, only get the reply the next morning.
Also overcharged me another gbp40 for checking in after 8.30p! I finally get reply on 8.35p.
It is a terrible requirement for checking in before 8.30p for international passengers where flight can delay and get stucked on the road when there was a tube strike.
All the above does not make sense to me. It is just ridiculous.
