Good location in the heart of Hexham. All staff were very helpful. Nice evening meal with a good home-cooked breakfast.

No complaints

Location, good sized room, comfortable bed, everywhere very clean

No parking, although we did manage to park outside this time. Food not as good as usual and the bar selection is pretty limited

6 / 10Moyenne·oct. 2026

Bedroom and bathroom were renovated to a high standard. The breakfast was good and the staff were universally pleasant, helpful, and efficient.

The signage and the parking. We drove past several times because the hotel is poorly signed. Checking in requires being lucky enough to find a paid parking space nearby. There is a small private lot behind the hotel, with a tight entry and little room to maneuver, where we were lucky to find a spot . We found the Wifi connection difficult and very slow.
