The room was clean. The location was great and the staff were so helpful. Very easy to access. Pearl, Edmar & Kisha were always available, very responsive and extremely helpful & accommodating

Despite being a completely digital check-in experience, it was smooth thanks to the help of Edmar, Pearl and Kisha; the team replied to any enquiries I had fairly promptly over WhatsApp. The hotel is well located between Chinatown and Maxwell MRT stations so getting around and reaching it from the airport was easy. The place even has self-serve laundry facilities on-site and provides washing powder so you can do laundry for free, which I thought was a nice touch.
No windows for the room I stayed in, but that's a minor inconvenience.

Location in the heart of Chinatown. Mobile app check in was relatively easy to use but did require several steps within 24hrs of the stay. Very clean and considerately laid out, art made small spaces seem larger and made the room a pleasure to be in
App sometimes had niggles, fortunately these happened when Ambassador was around at the residence and not on check in which was after a late flight in. Stairs up to the room level weren't a problem but may pose an issue for travellers with heavier bags/health concerns. Kitchen was basic with bare minimum essentials.
