The Motel Under new ownership and being updated, check in was a breeze, the room clean and neat, water pressure and hot water are perfect.
The setting of the hotel is stunning, surrounded by bushland and super quiet, you can hear the bird calls so clearly. There is an immaculate pool area and a restaurant on-site. We opted to go to the restaurant for dinner and dessert and have breakfast delivered the next morning, both meals were top notch and good value for money.
Overall this is a great gem in the forest, only 2minutes from Healsville Sanctuary and a great place to relax and recharge. We will book again.
The rooms are a little dated and on the small side however they are very comfortable and quiet. The new owners are improving and updating the whole facility, a new chef has come in and is working on an exciting menu, and staff are wonderful, so I stand by my review.
