A superb location with fine views . Game drives were exceptional, we managed to see the big five in one day. A knowledgeable and friendly guide, Senzo was just great. The food was such high quality, our room was specious, comfortable and clean. Friendly and attentive staff, we have booked to return.
The room was a bit short on storage for clothes.

The location, attention to detail, food, and staff were all exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
Nothing at all!

The main lodge was nice but the rooms were quite disappointing. I specifically paid for a luxury villa as opposed to a standard room but felt that the room was in desperate need of a renovation. We complained and they moved us to a slightly better room that has a small plunge pool however the pool was leaking and so each morning was empty
Rooms need a renovation
The game drives were very unimpressive. The game ranger did not give much information and did not seem very interested in her job. We have visited many reserves and many different lodges and i am not sure i would rush back. It was good but definitely not worth the money
