Perfect room for a single traveler. Everything you need in a cozy "attic-style" room. The location is a solid 10 out of 10 because you literally overlook the main street ... "Stradum" between the Pile and Ploce gates. The property was spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable, and the host Anna was most pleasant and responsive! Would 100% return and stay if traveling alone!

This is not a criticism but just a repeating of the fact that this room is on the 4th floor in a building with no elevator and a very narrow winding staircase. If you have more than a backpack and/or a carry-on ... it will be a battle to drag your luggage up ... and down ... the steep narrow staircase ...and 4 flights! Also the noise from the bars nearby were not too bad. You could still hear a dull hum of the cajoling but with the shutters, windows, and window covers closed, it muffled 95% of the noise. Finally the only other small criticism is that the shower is a bit petite unless you are very slender, but hey, 1-person bedroom in Europe, rooms are small!

Nice room on 3rd floor with grand view over the main pedestrian street of the old town. Comfortable and well equipped, with kettle, cutlery and crockery and fridge.

Not a problem to us, but our room was up 3 flights of quite steep stairs, and the en suite shower etc was also rather tight for larger people.

The location is perfect, in the city centre. I got an early check in because my flight arrived earlier.

There was no hot water one day and the person managing sad she turned on the hot water and I should wait 20 minutes. There was still no hot water after 40 minutes and I had to shower with ice cold water since I was late to a dinner reservation. The AC did not work on the last night of my stay and though I tried to contact the host, couldnt get through and I could barely get any sleep since the room is small and there was no air without the AC and opening the window was not possible because of the noise from the street. Very very tiny bathroom which couldn't be locked from the inside.
