Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der Wohnung mit Terrasse und es hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Wohnung war gut erreichbar vom Privatparkplatz, der etwas oberhalb des Hauses liegt.
Sie war grosszügig und von der Terrasse hatte man einen super Blick über die Landschaft.
Wir haben auch einfache Gerichte gekocht, die Küche funktioniert und es hat einfaches Geschirr und Besteck.
San Vincenzo und die Strände sind in ein paar Autominuten erreichbar.
Die Unterkunft ist erhöht gelegen, und die Strasse weist eine 10% Steigung auf. Für Fahrradfahrer also E-Bike empfehlenswert.
Die Pools ware noch in Betrieb.
Das Team ist herzlich und unkompliziert.
Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass man auf einem Bauernhof lebt. Anfang Oktober war Olivenernte und die Oliven wurde auf dem Grundstück verarbeitet. Dementsprechend war von 8-18 Uhr durchgehend Maschinenlärm am Pool und auf der Terrasse.
Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, haben wir nur einmal probiert.

Gli alloggi sono in una vasta tenuta ben curata, abbiamo apprezzato il bellissimo pergolato di vite, la piscina, la possibilità di parcheggiare e quella di passeggiare. la posizione è ottima, fuori dal centro ma non distante. Ci sono diversi alloggi, il nostro era ben attrezzato e pulito.
L'arredamento dell'alloggio può essere migliorato. Da notare che per una capienza di 8 persone (prenotato per 7) erano disponibili all'interno 5 sedie. Non sempre si vuole/può pranzare all'aperto (le zanzare non aiutano). Tempi check-in e check-out un po' rigidi.

Overall it was okay, nice view and it has 2 pools, thats amazing for the summer
Also, they have a shared washing machine which is very useful.

but the internet was not working, the bed was noisy, very noisy when you or fuck
Also, the bed was dirty with lots of dust.
We arrived around 9, we wanted to eat at the restaurant, and while some people was arriving at the same time than us, they were served and we werent, we were very dissapointed and hungry.
the location is far from the center, and is not reachable by public transport
