Apartment was spacious and very nicely decorated, good view. The personnel was kind and available, and there is amazing restaurant and pizzeria just on the same campus. Free parking is great, and taxi from the city center doens't take long.
One single bed wasn't strong enough to support 19 years old person, so the frame cracked. Sorry for that. But it was repaired very quickly. Only thing we missed was knives for spreading butter on the bread ;)

We loved the modern, clean-lined decor and the sauna.
Overall, we really liked the place, but we would recommend:
— Adding internet.
— Installing a mirror near the sink and shelves on the wall next to it.
— Providing a microwave.
— It would also be better to choose plastic or wicker furniture for the terrace, as the soft sofa got soaked in the rain and was stained by birds.

"Superbe espace extérieur, très bien entretenu. Une aire de jeux pour les enfants de tout âge. Une maison bien équipée et avec une petite terrasse. Un restaurant sur le territoire.
Pas de cafetière."
