The location is great, and the apartment is an an old renovated building with lots of character and charm. It was super clean and the host Alice and her husband Simon were wonderful! It also came with a parking space just outside of town, which was super convenient. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Pienza!
The a/c was not working at the time, so it was ideal sleeping conditions for me. It was also a bit noisy in the evenings, but that was to be expected being in the town center. The noise usually died down by 11pm or so.

Alice and Simon were incredible hosts. The apartment was comfortable and located in the perfect area with its own courtyard. I love that there were no steps or large inclines to reach the property. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful stone walled room with fully stocked kitchenette (including coffee, olive oil salt&pepper)
Wonderful private patio and the location inside Pienza to fully enjoy the city

The location was perfect as was our cozy and nicely decorated room. We appreciated the free parking at the gas station the owner's husband owns. He spoke English very well and was quite pleasant to converse with.
Very hard bed and pillows - the rest was wonderful.
