Hotel Mara İstanbul

Dear Rosa, I want to thank you so much. You were extremely kind and understanding. I had a traffic accident and I had a medical report that prevented me from traveling for two weeks. My booking was non-refundable and even Booking.com said nothing could be done. When I contacted you, explained my health condition and sent you the medical report, you were so lovely and you said "You are welcome anytime you can come, I will change the date for you". It was a very beautiful and noble gesture from you and I will never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The hotel is clean and beautiful, I highly recommend it.

Nothing, everything was excellent. Thank you so much!

R.A.S

The staff at Hotel Mara are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and communicate very well in English. They consistently go out of their way to accommodate guests’ needs and make every effort to ensure a pleasant stay. The facilities in the room are excellent, and having a water dispenser available at reception is a thoughtful and much appreciated touch. A special mention goes to Omit and Mina, who were particularly attentive and kind. I was especially touched by how warm, caring, and affectionate they were with our little 2.9 kg furry baby. It truly made our experience even more memorable.

There was a slight smell in the room when we first arrived however, this was addressed immediately, and we were promptly offered a change of room, which we really appreciated, The new room on the top floor was comfortable, with a spacious bathroom, however the bedroom itself was slightly smaller. The situation was handled efficiently thanks to Omit. The rooms on the lower floors did not have this issue, and overall it seems like something that can be easily resolved with the use of air purifiers.

No breakfast given Location close to taksim square but didn’t like the crowded street

Better mattress. Better sheets. Clean room and bathroom. Better Ac.
