The location, the parking and the facilities
The difficulties to reach to the customer service, and an incident happened in which the alarm goes on but nobody contacted us to assure us that it was a false alarm and people were panicking

Location was good along with the view across the lake to Zell Am See.
Having to pick up keys 20min away is not fun. No AC in apartment. It is extremely hot in summer. There were zero pantry items for cooking such as salt and oil. The room description is not correct. It states 2 bedrooms with double bed and sofa bed in each, but there are no sofa beds. There are two bunk beds in what looks like a walk in robe which are not full length beds.
