Hôte accueillante, souriante et accessible.

We have stayed at La Boulangerie previously and were really keen to return. Sue's place is ace if you want a little quiet in the country. It is a bit out of the way of amenities so you do need transport for everything. However, Sue has thought of everything to keep you comfortable and it is lovely to have a yarn with her. Dogs and cats on site (Tiddles will suss you out for some scran) and a rescue donkey making itself known throughout the day. If we are remotely in this area in furutre we would go out of our way to visit again.
Only thing we would say is that it would be great to have a less intimate relationship between the bed and the bathroom.

The quiet location.
Shower did it's job , very tired.

The lawn. The coffee. The privacy.
The shower is stuck on hot (shower components are so cheap, why not maintain it well?) The beds are thin and creaky. The bedding is from another decade. So many spiders. The baby bed doesn't function and doesn't fit. No baby chair. There is no bath (no matter what the description says). The location is only good if you plan on driving 40min+ to attractions every day. The garden chairs in the photos are broken. The oven only heats from the bottom. No drying rack for dishes. It's on a farm with horses and that means there are more flies than average.
