I had an amazing experience throughout my entire stay at Pullman New Delhi. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well managed, and the level of hospitality truly stood out. The service was seamless from beginning to end. Every interaction with the staff was professional, courteous, warm, and attentive. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and the genuine effort made by the team to ensure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were always approachable, responsive, and willing to go the extra mile whenever needed. The professionalism of the entire team deserves special mention. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or any other department, everyone maintained a consistently high standard of service. Communication was clear and efficient, and requests were handled promptly and smoothly. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day. The Pullman was delightful - lovely room with giant tub and a shower, great pool area and phenomenal breakfast. Highly recommend!

Nothing! Hotel was great!!

The room was neat. The staff was friendly, polite and quite competent. The facilities met my expectations and did not give me any room/scope for complaints.

The Sitar music in the lobby while pleasant is also quite loud. It made it difficult on more than one occasion to listen to what the concierge was saying and it also visibly upset other guests in the lobby too. Would recommend a lighter form of live musical-entertainment.
