Avis et évaluations
Avis vérifiés à 100 %8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
Incredibly family-friendly: The room was super spacious and comfortably accommodated our family with two children. Highly recommend this hotel for families of 4 to 6 members.
Exceptional hospitality: The kind staff excellently accommodated our early check-in and allowed us to drop off our baggage without any hassle. They even left surprise sweets in the hall as a lovely token gift!
Good breakfast: The breakfast is shared with the Novotel hotel and offered a variety of good food options.
Perfect location: The hotel provides very easy access to the Subway and sits in a prime location close to the Mall of the Emirates (1 stop) and Palm Jumeirah (via Taxi).
Minor remote issue: The TV remote was missing batteries, but it wasn't a major problem since there were working TVs available in each bedroom.

Big spacious rooms, value for money
Room wasn’t clean, feet were black during the stay.
Drinking water bottle had some dirt, called room service 3-4 times but no one came. Also gas stove didn’t work, after 3-4 calls they sent someone to fix it.
