We liked the pool. We love how accessible the beach was. We loved how accommodating the staffs were and definitely the food.
We arrived early and completely understood that rooms might not be ready yet. However, the front desk repeatedly promised they would notify us the moment one became available, even making a show of checking the system, but they never actually reached out. We ended up having to follow up ourselves. Honest expectations would have been much better than performative updates.

Great facilities, very clean and well maintained, close to the beach, lots of pools
Probably just being picky but we stayed there with our kids and maybe they can have better facilities for children, especially the pools. But honestly I would say it’s just an area to possible improve on, I would still choose to stay there again.

Staff were friendly and facilities were good
WiFi was exceedingly poor in rooms away from main building. The selection of TV channels was by farcthe poorest I've encountered at a premium hotel, as well as a very poor signal for other channels. Despite requests for WiFi fix it never arrived during my 4 day stay.
