The staff was extremely friendly, the coffee was flawless, complimentary water was provided, and the internet speed was exceptional. Prices were very reasonable, and having an on-site restaurant meant we didn't have to wander around town looking for food. Hot water was reliable, and the room was spacious—but above all, the staff really made our stay!
Given the context of Bujumbura and Burundi, I wasn't expecting too much. The power went off from time to time, but at least they had a generator running almost 24/7, so I'm satisfied.

Property was comfortable, and every staff member was friendly and accommodating. I had sangala with vegetables and bananas one night, and it was one of the most delicious meals of my trip - the server was also nice enough to bring me pili pili oil to give it a nice bit of spice. They continue to offer to drop you at the airport for free (if you inform them in advance) despite the high fuel costs currently in Burundi, which I thought was generous of them. Additionally, they can exchange your USD into Burundian francs for you (when I was there the rate was 1 USD for 5500 BIF).

Location is good for the security is very high
Regarding breakfast I was charged extra money for my spouse in the first day and in the second day I was told its free
The cleanless the place seems it is not always cleaned, the bathroom had stalking water (the sawarage is not well functioning), no tooth brush and tooth paste, no hot hot jug, no sandals no drinking water in the room
pricewise it is the same but they dont charge in their own currency
