There was construction being done on the rooms next to our room - we were not told this beforehand...
We booked a luxury room, but the photos of the Luxury Room were not at all what our room looked like.
The room we had been given should not have passed as a luxury room.
Our bathroom was very old and needed new mirrors and a coat of paint - the whole bedroom smelt very strongly of Bleach.
The Shower water went hot and cold randomly and the hot water ran out - the next morning when I questioned this, I was told it is connected to the Kitchen next to the room.
