Lovely house and rooms, very beautiful surroundings. Great value for money, lots of interesting books to read as well! Not walking distance from the funicular to the mountain, however, very short drive to get there

L’accueil d’Anna Maria était superbe. Une vrai guide touristique dans l’âme.

Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it....

Location and parking was quite good.
The rooms window opens towards gardenside, which is basically not bad wouldn't behind the hedge be a mainroad with a lot of traffic and noise.
Bathroom is not within the room, its the next room reachable via a corridor which is shared with other guests, a NoGo nowadays.
Breakfast is edible, but this is it.
