Well organised, polite, and friendly.
Good facilities and super value for money.
Lovely position. A quirky venue so go in with your eyes open.
Nothing.

It was a great 2-night stay in the city center. The Piazza del Duomo is just around the corner. The room was super clean and well-equipped with a fridge, AC, hairdryer, and clothes dryer. The only two things that could be improved are the water pressure in the shower and the pillows, which were a bit hard. Despite this, the stay was great.

Location was great. Very very close to historical places.
It was very noisy. You can stay anywhere in florence with that prices. Also Bathroom is private but not in the room.
