Really liked this hotel, friendly staff, comfortable beds, big rooms and nice shower area. Nice pool area. Breakfast was good. Would definitely return

One of the reception staff was very rude during checkout and the way he talked to me was very disrespectful and he didn’t even agree to give his name to me when I asked him .

The pool was a little small for a big hotel like that but the sauna and hamam were great.
The restaurant was a little expensive for the food quality and taste (it was hardly okay to eat when you are hungry but nothing really tasty, except the bread it was good). Every other restaurant in Tsaxkadzor might be better.
The worst part was they wanted me to pay for a pack of Haribo jellys from the minibar, but there wasn't any when we checked in. They don't escort you to the room, so if you go there take the receptionist with you to your room to check the minibar before you enter the room
