Great Location! the hotel must have been refurbished recently, because it's nice and fresh. The staff is super nice. The room was "compact" but nice and clean.
Minibar in the room. At least empty! A compimentary bottle of water at least upon arrival. What really need attention is breakfast in my opinion. Not sure if they offer any type of room service during the day/night. i did not check.

Very clean and comfortable property. The bed was very comfortable. Great location and close to lots of bars and restaurants.

A really good feeling of being safe and comfortable.
The staff at the front desk were extraordinarily helpful and showed a level of care that I found really heartwarming.
Had a chance to meet with the owners over a lovely breakfast and found them to be very honest, caring and engaged.
The only struggle I had was to get the many Bolts to find the right pick up location. A little sign in the reception notifying guests to double check what shows up in the location when you are booking your ride ~ would save us a lot of the frustration!

Were assigned a room that was adjoined to another; broken rain shower ; only slightly warm water, no place to hang clothes or put suitcases. After raising concerns, we were pleased to get a comfortable room with everything in order for the next night. The buffet breakfast was quite good, espresso machine coffee, scrambled eggs, croissants…
