Location..cleanliness...communication with owner.
Got off to a rough start...they wanted to know when we would arrive (2 to 3 communications about this. )..told them, arrived on time....BUT THEY WERE NOT THERE WITH THE KEYS!

We stayed at the hotel from September 16 to 18, 2026. We were absolutely delighted with the room! It has an excellent location and is very clean; the room is large and spacious—essentially a large, self-contained apartment equipped with everything you need, including an iron and ironing board, a kettle, kitchenware, and a large, good-quality refrigerator. The interior is very modern, and everything is beautiful and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Milan!
There is nothing we didn't like! Everything was great!
