The room itself was clean, spacious and had all the things we needed before heading back home
The location is not ideal to walk around at night.

Excellent location
The person at the counter did provide the information, although the interaction did not feel very warm.

El Conquistador has different quality rooms, we have been in VERY nice renovated rooms, and not. The room we received this time was old, tired, mold on the ceiling in the shower, hot water knob difficult to turn, wood floor warped from previous leak in the bathroom.
Room needed updating.
