Just a few minutes walking from Vatican City, the owner always supportive to answer my queries. The bed is super comfortable, the room and bathroom perfectly clean and the shower is amazing

Its 15 mins walk to Vatican.
We had a technical problem with payments which is out of our control. I would suggest that if paying on property, dont let the guests wait outside and evict when not paid immediately. Trust is critical on this stage for both sides. Its either thru booking or cash on arrival. I have to pay until the time the owner specified otherwise he will lock the premises. Lack of Hospitality and flexibility. I had to leave my 70 yo mom in Vatican tour just to go back to apartment and pay in cash on time.
