Great location. Near everything. Rooms clean and warm. Stayed in solo room. Comfy bed and pillows. Would definitely stay again.

Hosts friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. Bed comfortable and bathroom spacious. Good location for the town centre, attractions, car parks and trams.
Some tiles were cracked on the ensuite floor that hadn't been fixed. Hotel generally looked tired and needs updating.

Lovely host very friendly, great location.
Clean perfect for an overnight stay
Very dated but aren’t most b and bs in Blackpool.

Didn't have breakfast. Host is a lovely man. Very close to the Tower and shopping centre. About 15 min walk from station.
Beds uncomfortable rattle everything you move and can hear the beds above rattling. Pillow badly stained when I took the case off. Bedding bit stained. Hot water not available during the day and wasn't even on by 7.00 pm on Sat. Shower head and attachments very dirty, dirt round the taps, black hairs in the sink.
