If you want to be in the thick of it all, centrally located, this is a good place. Apartment met all of our needs. Loved the view of Teatro Massimo and the square. Very communication and check-in process.
Area is very touristy. Too touristy for me. For less tourists I'd look a little further north, NE of where we stayed.

Location and aspect.
Cleaner was quite rude when we were exiting the property at 11.02.

Beautiful, renovated apartment overlooking Teatro. Perfect location and great patio with views.
Nothing to complain here - old elevator perhaps. Otherwise just perfect, was sad to leave!!!

Location was excellent - right next to the Opera house in the centre of Palermo. Clean apartment. Fairly easy to park round the back (although had not realised had to pay for it). Nice person greeted us to give us the keys.
The apartment was listed as having a separate bedroom and living room but when we got there it was just all in one room - double bed, sofa bed and dining table. I complained but the owner did not answer his phone to sort out the issue. Coffee machine did not work and sent boiling hot water all over the kitchen counter which could have been dangerous.
