Quiet location, restaurant on site, attentive staff, fast wifi for work.

Location, cleanliness, staff welcoming
Glasses in room, lower rods to hang clothes or stick to hang and take down, dried flowers everywhere

The place looks amazing and so relaxing.
We only had dinner once but the food was great. The lasagna was so good.
Plenty of sun beds and staff are very helpful.
A short drive to Ladispoli beaches.
If staying more than a couple of days a car would be a good idea as taxi's can get a bit expensive.

Breakfast was so-so, with no options and small portions. The bathroom was large and the water was hot.
The location is awful. Thank goodness the host on duty stayed late in order to walk us step by step to the property! It’s not a “warm” place with almost an echo in the rooms; no rugs or carpeting.
