Our room was very quiet - at the rear of the building overlooking a green space. The couple (I presume the owners) were very friendly. It was like staying with grandparents :-)

The shower pressure was poor and there could’ve been more kitchen utensils/baking trays for cooking.

The apartments are family-run and the owners are very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We had a lovely stay!

Nothing

Τhe biggest advantages is the location, very close to HYGEIA Hospital, which makes it particularly convenient for anyone who needs easy and quick access to the hospital.

The Urban Residence was unfortunately a disappointing experience and, in my opinion, far too expensive for the quality and level of service provided. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The accommodation was not properly cleaned, with visible dust in several areas and, even worse, hairs from previous guests, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. In addition, we found the hotel to be very inflexible with every request we made. There seemed to be little willingness to accommodate guests or offer reasonable solutions, which made the overall experience even more frustrating. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and hospitality. Unfortunately, the Urban Residence did not meet those expectations, and the value for money was very poor.

Very clean and comfortable..
