Comfortable with lovely garden area and pool
Modern and well equipped
Communication impersonal and not flexible
No instructions on how to use TV etc / no local recommendations for restaurants
Loud noise presumably from pump next to bedroom 11pm onwards

Was even verschieten.

Beautiful stand alone apartment in a nice neighbourhood with good restaurants. Pool was great once we had cleaned the flies out.
the agent uses a lot of automated emails which contradict the times you agreed with them. I had to ask them to resend a check in link to do it online as first two did not work. The girl who checked us in was brusque to the point of being rude. The photos suggest a welcome basket there was nothing suggest you remove photo from gallery. It’s a premium apartment but the service they gave was non existent.
