Great location
International hotel however to find someone at the reception who speak English was a big challenge

The location is good, the staff is responsive and the rooms are clean

The location was wonderful, the shopping mall was beautiful and had a lot of ammenities and options for stores and restaurants. It was also really easy to get an Uber from and to the hotel, along with the access to a supermarket wallking distance.
The personnel of the hotel didn't make an effort for non portuguese speakers. We asked for the option to either get assistance in spanish or english, and the clerk just spoke portuguese and didn't reallly make an effort with the pace for us to understanding better. Good thing that most of the information I needed was on the posters and flyers throughout the hotel.

son emplacement et petit déjeuner correct
nous avons eu une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos mais plutôt à un dortoir sans compter vitre sale bref nous avons demandé à changer et grâce a la seule et unique personne un jeune homme qui parle anglais qui nous a pris en considération nous a mis dans une meilleure chambre mais déçu du standing habituel d’ibis et du manque de considération des personnes qui travaille à l’hôtel quand au manager il a fuit parce que on parle pas portugais brésilien
